Boratas BLK02-M is a wheeled mobile impact crusher with an integrated vibrating screen, developed for aggregate production, and recycling applications. It combines crushing and screening on a single frame, providing efficient material processing and controlled product sizing in a compact and mobile solution. It may operate in closed circuit style with a return belt to continuously re-crush the oversized material, or the feedback system can be used as another stock conveyor in some operations.

The unit is equipped with a PDK series impact crusher and a single-deck vibrating screen, allowing primary and secondary crushing with basic classification in one machine. It is suitable for processing limestone and similar soft to medium hardness materials, as well as recycling concrete and asphalt. Compared to multi-deck configurations, this model offers a simpler setup focused on throughput and ease of operation.

The machine operates with a plug-in electric drive system with, supporting energy-efficient operation and reduced emissions. Its wheeled chassis enables easy transport between job sites and fast setup, making it suitable for project-based work and temporary installations.
